·  What is the check-in time on the date of arrival?

Your room will be available after 1 PM.

·  What documents do I need to show upon arrival at the hotel?

When you make your online reservation, you will receive a confirmation voucher that you may print when you complete your reservation or from your email inbox.  This voucher means that your reservation is confirmed.

If you bring your voucher, it will be easier and faster for us to locate your reservation and check-you in upon your arrival.

In order to guarantee your stay, and in compliance with the Spanish law, it is ESSENTIAL for all guests to show their National Identity Card or passport. 

·  Can I choose my room when I make the reservation?Can I choose the floor where I will be staying?

When you make your reservation, you choose the type of room.  However, YOU CANNOT CHOOSE a specific room number.  Rooms are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee in advance the specific room you will be getting.  In any case, we may note your preference in the reservation.  Upon your arrival, you may make the request directly at the front desk of the hotel.

·  What are the hours of the restaurant?

The hours of the restaurant are:

- Breakfast: 8 AM to 10 AM

- Lunch:1 PM to 2:30 PM

- Dinner: 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM

·  Are pets allowed in the hotel?

The hotel allows you to stay with your pet if you notify it beforehand.  This is possible as long as your pet is small –under 10 kg-, and quiet, as it must not bother other guests.  The access of guide dogs is allowed to visually impaired people.

·  Does the hotel have parking for clients?

The hotel does not have exclusive parking for clients.  However, it is located in a residential area, and it is very easy to find street parking nearby.

·  What is included in every Meals Plan?

Depending on the lodging, you may make your reservation with five possible meal plans:

Just Lodging (JL)

It doesn’t include any meal, just the lodging.

Lodging and Breakfast (LB)

It includes lodging and buffet breakfast.

Half-Board (HB)

It includes lodging, plus breakfast and dinner.  If you prefer having lunch (at midday) instead of dinner, you will have to notify it at the front desk upon arrival.

Full-Board (FB)

It includes lodging plus breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All Included (AI)

The ideal plan to fully enjoy your holidays. Apart from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you can have snacks between meals.  In some lodging options it includes 24-hour service, selected first-quality drinks, bottled water, field trips and many more perks.
